The Southern District Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against Hani Al-Nabari, 32, and Hassan Nabari, 27, residents of Abu Raqik, who kidnapped a man with violence in front of his wife.
The indictment accuses the defendants of committing abductions for serious injury, aggravated injury, severe intentional injury under aggravated circumstances, illegal possession, carrying and transporting of a weapon, illegal possession of a knife and threats.
