A prosecutor's declaration of intent to prosecute was filed against 23-year-old Orel Zavit of Holon, Sunday, at the Tel Aviv Magistrates Court, in the shooting death, about two-and-a-half weeks ago, of Yuri Podovny.
The shooting occured during a fight over a parking spot on Habanai Street in Holon. Police arrested Zavit minutes after the shooting.
