Engineers of the Israel Railways are threatening to strike on Tuesday over new work arrangements, according to Yediot Ahronot.
The Labor Court in Tel Aviv asked labor and management to reach an agreement regarding the new arrangement by Tuesday but there has been no breakthrough in negotiations. It is not known to what extent service will be affected if the two sides don't meet the deadline. Sanctions started on Sunday with the engineers' driving school on strike, along with the administrative offices in Lod, the Dimona Railway Garage and the Operating Division, none of which affect the train's passengers.
