The director of Supreme Court petitions of the State Prosecutor's Office has clarified to a petitioner against the publication of the attorney general's decisions on cases involving Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu that in the absence of an interim order by the High Court of Justice, there is no impediment to publishing the decisions.
A letter to that effect was sent yesterday to attorney Yossi Fuchs, who petitioned against the publication of the attorney general's decisions. Netanyahu's Likud Party joined the petition today.
