A preliminary investigation into Wednesday's train in Cairo, in which at least 25 people were killed and 47 injured, has determined that a locomotive engineer had come out of the cab to argue with another pilot, whose engine blocked his train, without putting on the brakes.
The train began to move and gain momentum until it hit a barrier and exploded.
