Dr. Michael Ben-Ari and Adv. Itamar Ben-Gvir submitted a petition to the Knesset Central Elections Committee today to disqualify the Hadash and Ta'al lists, headed by MKs Ayman Odeh and Ahmad Tibi, from running for the 21st Knesset.
The petition stated the lists should be disqualified from running to the Knesset in light of statements and actions of lists' members denying the existence of the State of Israel as a Jewish State and supporting the campaign by terror organizations against the State of Israel.
