The ISA arrested in the early morning an attorney from East Jerusalem with a blue identity card together with terrorist Zacharia Zubeidi,, reporter Or Heller reported on News 13.
According to the report, the fighters surrounded a house in the north of Ramallah and called Zubeidi out. He came out with his hands raised, offering no resistance.
