In response to the growing outrage regarding a photo published by the Likud, that showed the graves of fallen IDF soldiers Netanyahu wrote on his Twitter account that:
"As soon as it heard the reports this evening about the unfortunate editorial error that was made at the Likud headquarters, I instructed them to remove the picture, to investigate the incident, and to take action against those responsible for the mishap. As a bereaved brother who for the past 43 years has been visiting his brother's grave on Mount Herzl, I understand the pain of the families."
