Co-head of the New Right Party Minister Ayelet Shaked rejected the Likud's claims regarding the request of Netanyahu's lawyers, who referred to the transfer of documents relating to the prime minister's investigations.
"The prime minister knows very well that the justice minister is not authorized to intervene in the prosecution's work, including in his criminal matters," Shaked said.
The justice minister added, "I passed the letter to the attorney general and asked him to respond as soon as possible."
