An agreement has been signed between the municipality of Beit Shemesh and the Israel Lands Administration under which the state will issue 300 dunams designated for industrial areas in Beit Shemesh for immediate marketing.
The new agreement will allow the establishment of new industrial plants in the city, with a priority for an advanced high-tech industry that will provide jobs, attract established populations and significantly increase municipal revenues from municipal taxes.
