A source in the Iranian administration says it is very possible that Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will retract his surprising resignation and return to his post.
The source told the Fars news agency that the main reason for the resignation was honor - and fury that he had not been briefed on Syrian President Asad's visit to Tehran and his meetings with the heads of the government.
