The Meretz Party has sent a message to the media in which it announced that it would not sit in the television studios with members of the Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) Party.
Responding to a large number of requests for appearances the party informed editors and those making the invitations, "Members of the Meretz faction and Meretz candidates to the Knesset, will not sit with Kahanists in the studios. We will not whitewash them and legitimize their appearances."
