Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will leave Tuesday evening for a two-day visit to Moscow, during which he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
This will be the first organized meeting between the two leaders since the of the downing of a Russian spy plane by Syria about five months ago. The meeting was supposed to take place last Thursday, but Netanyahu canceled the trip a few hours before he left, due to the political developments associated with the filing of the candidate lists for the April 9th Knesset elections.
