Businessman Nochi Dankner, who is serving three years in prison for inflating share prices, has filed a request for a pardon, based on health reasons with President Reuven Rivlin, according to Channel 13 Television.
The letter states that Dankner "accepts his sentence, regrets the way he behaved, accepts responsibility for his actions and recognizes the mistakes that led him into the pit."
