Yisrael Beyteinu Chairman Avigdor Liberman was not impressed by the response of newswoman Oshrat Kotler, who criticized soldiers involved in IDF combat in Judea and Samaria.
"Kotler did not retract the unfortunate statement that IDF soldiers are becoming human animals. On the contrary, she made it clear that she would continue to use a public resource to express her private opinions. The viewers of the channel and the parents of the soldiers expect a news anchor who will not patronize them and will not defame their children.
"Oshrat Kotler, you have a right to your opinion, but its place is in the opinion section of the newspaper, not the anchor's chair that belongs to the viewers. I call on Oshrat Kotler to maintain intellectual integrity, draw conclusions, and resign from your position."
