Gush Etzion Regional Council head Shlomo Ne'eman responded to the uprooting of about fifty trees this morning at Nokdim.
"Only a week ago we witnessed agricultural terror in Kfar Etzion and we again witness terror against Jewish agriculture by our neighbors. This phenomenon mustn't continue and lead to a large wave of destruction in Israeli agriculture.
"The State of Israel must define agricultural terror as terror in every way and bring about a solution to these phenomena that occur throughout the State of Israel, in the north, the south, and in Judea and Samaria. We must take a hard hand and treat these events as a terror attack in every respect. It's forbidden to reach a situation where it will threaten human life. This is the order of the day and we have to flash a red light at the decision-makers."
