Supreme Court petitioned against security exports to South Sudan

Dozens of human rights activists have petitioned the Supreme Court to halt security exports to South Sudan, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.

The petitions follow the imposition of sanctions by the United States Treasury Department against retired general Yisrael Ziv, which allege that Ziv sold arms worth $150 million to the parties fighting in the country's civil war.
