The Northern District Prosecutor's Office has responded to complaints on the plea bargain with Ra'ed Rushrush, convicted of murdering his ex-girlfriend, Tehilla Nagar.
The prosecutors said, "This is a case based from the beginning on circumstantial evidence. There is no direct evidence to prove that the defendant committed the offense. In addition to the legal difficulty, there are other difficulties that arose during the course of the trial and related to the evidence."
