The Tel Aviv District Court has rejected two tax appeals filed by the ELA Drink Containers Collection Corporation Limited against a tax assessor in the Tel Aviv Tax Authority.
The court ordered ELA to pay 12 million shekels in tax and NIS 70,000 in court costs.
