The Electric Company has reported that last week, February 13, an all-time record of generating electricity from renewable energies was broken. The new peak is 1,295 megawatts, accounting for 16.4% of the total production in the economy.
About 80 percent of that figure, 1034 megawatts was recorded in photovoltaic (PV) facilities.
