The Tel Aviv-Jaffa City Council has decided that the prohibition on noise creation, as set forth in section 3 (a) of the city's bylaw, will be reduced during the Eurovision Song Contest period in May in the city's entertainment areas and in the area of the Eurovision village in Charles Clore park.
This means that in the entertainment areas it will be possible to play music until midnight and in the Eurovision Song Contest village it will be possible to play music until 01:00. On the evenings of the semifinals and finals, the hours will be significantly extended, subject to the provisions of the By-law.
