Chairman Rafi Peretz of the Jewish Home Party and Chairman Bezalel Smotrich of the National Union have declined an invitation by Prime Minister and Likud Party Chairman Binyamin Netanyahu to discuss a joint run with the Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) Party in the upcoming Knesset election.
