Labor Party Chairman Avi Gabbay has responded to Tzipi Livni's resignation from political life by saying, "Despite the disagreement between us, I thank Livni and appreciate her contribution to the country."
Gabbay added, "Tzipi Livni is a central partner in the camp which believes in the rule of law, in a political solution and in safeguarding Israel as a Jewish and democratic state."
