According to data published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Bnei Brak is the most densely populated city in Israel, Modi'in Illit has the largest number of children in the city compared to the population and the city with the highest percentage of those aged 75 and over is Bat Yam.
The city with the most residents is Jerusalem - 901,300. Tel Aviv-Jaffa is next with 443,900 residents, followed by Haifa with 281,100.
