Poland is also considering canceling its foreign minister's visit to Israel and summoning the Israeli ambassador in Poland for a rebuke, according to Kan.
The development came after the statement made by acting Foreign Minister Yisrael Katz, who quoted the late Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir as saying that "the Poles absorbed anti-Semitism from their mothers' milk."
According to the report, the Polish deputy foreign minister said the statement was in a "bad taste".
