Ahead of the vote to deduct Palestinian Authority terror salaries from Israeli tax transfers to the PA, security sources warned the Diplomatic-Security cabinet that PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas will want to continue to pay the families of the terrorists, and is therefore expected to cut more money from Gaza, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
The fear is that another cut in Gaza will lead to a worsening of the humanitarian situation there and a renewed escalation in violence.
