The file was closed against an accountant from a kibbutz in the Upper Galilee suspected of stealing NIS 1.5 million.
A kibbutz member in her 60s, was arrested two years ago on suspicion of widespread embezzlement.
She claimed it was an attempt to incriminate her because of a personal conflict with several kibbutz members.
