A few days ago, the Supreme Court rejected a petition by Zehava Shaul, the mother of soldier Oron Shaul - whose body has been held by Hamas in Gaza since 2014 - who wanted to transfer all the material gathered in the framework of the procedures for determining Oron's fate.
The court ruled that the information given to the family was not partial, and no evidence was found for extraneous considerations or information that had not been taken into account.
