Ramat Gan, Rehovot, Rishon Lezion and Tel Aviv-Yafo are the four cities ranked first among Israel's 14 biggest cities in the Quality of Life Index published by the Central Bureau of Statistics on Tuesday.
Tel Aviv's ranking is three spots better than last year. Jerusalem moved up a spot to #12, two spots ahead of Bat Yam.
