Jerusalem: No light rail between Givat Hamivtar and Kheil Haavir

Light-rail traffic in Jerusalem has been stopped between the Givat Hamivtar and the Kheil Haavir stations, due to an accident between a car and a train on the tracks on Moshe Dayan Boulevard.
