The Almagor umbrella organization of terror-victims groups is calling on Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked to prosecute the Hevron resident suspect of murdering Ori Ansbacher in a military court so that he will be subject to the death penalty if convicted.
An Almagor statement "Terrorists must be judged in a military court, where they can be treated as enemies and not as citizens with equal rights."
