Israeli entertainer and winner of the Israel Prize, Yehoram Gaon, has presented singer-songwriter-actor Shuli Rand the Jerusalem Prize of the B'Sheva newspaper.
The prize was given to Rand at B'Sheva's 16th Jerusalem Conference at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Jerusalem, which gets into full swing tomorrow.
