Member of Knesset David Bitan petitioned the Likud court today, demanding the cancellation of the three spots reserved Prime Minister and Party Chairman Binyamin Netanyahu's choices on the Likud list of Knesset candidates, according to Walla!.
The former coalition chairman claims the authority to approve reserved spots on the list is in the hands of the Likud Central Committee, and not the general membership. The hearing on the petition will take place tomorrow afternoon.
