The Histadrut, the management of the Teva Pharmaceuticals plant in Kfar Sava and representatives of the workers' committee signed, Sunday, an extension of their collective bargaining agreement until the end of 2019, with changes that take consideration of Teva's financialy position, while aiming to ensure the welfare of the workers.
From the March salary to be paid at the beginning of April - until the end of the year - all employees will benefit from a uniform monthly wage increase of 2.2%. In addition, it was agreed that employees will receive a bonus for 2018 in the March salary. Among other things, the agreement also includes the payment of additional standby and special hours.
