The Legal Forum believes that since the law passed for the offsetting of terrorist funds from tax revenues transferred to the Palestinian Authority, there is no reason not to use it and turn it into a dead letter in the law book as it has been until now.
A forum statement said, "This law is a significant tool in the arsenal of the struggle against terrorism, and it is impossible to accept the situation in which a terrorist receives wages and money for his despicable act and the State of Israel closes its eyes. Action must be taken immediately on the basis of the law and offset the compensation payments for the murder from PA funds."
