The Shin Bet said that the suspected murder of Ori Ansbacher is Arafat Arfaiah, 29, from Hevron.
"Since the discovery of the body of Ori Ansbacher in Ein Yael, the Shin Bet and the Israel Police have acted in various means and methods to locate the murderer," said the Shin Bet in a statement.
"In the past 24 hours, the Shin Bet led intelligence and operational activities, and in cooperation with the Israel Police, Arafat Arfaiya, 29, a Palestinian from Hebron, was arrested.
On Thursday morning, February 7, 1919, Arafat left his home in Hevron with a knife and made his way to the village of Beit Jala, and Arafat walked towards the forest, where he noticed Ori and attacked and murdered her."
