Staff at Haddash Hospital in Jerusalem will go on strike indefinitely starting Sunday, due to a work dispute.
The chairman of the Israel Medical Association, Professor Zion Hagai, sent a letter to the director of the Hadassah Hospital, Prof. Ze'ev Rothstein, and wrote: "In a sudden and offensive step, doctors who were hired at Hadassah to work, are now sitting at home without pay, therefore, we are forced to inform you that from Sunday there will be a strike at Hadassah Hospital. "
