Kan reported that Attorney General Mandelblit on Thursday rejected the appeal filed by the father of Hadil al-Hashlamon, who was killed by IDF soldiers in Hebron in 2015.
"The soldiers acted in accordance with regulations, there is no suspicion of a criminal offense," the legal advisor said, and thus adopted the position of the Military Advocate General.
