Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit presented his position in the framework of a petition to the Central Elections Committee, which deals with Netanyahu's visit to military bases before the elections.
According to the position of the Attorney General during the 90 days prior to the elections and on Election Day itself, it is forbidden to use election propaganda taken in the IDF, which includes IDF soldiers, including by publishing photographs together with the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense and /or with any candidate on any party list .
The same applies to the Prime Minister and/or the Minister of Defense and/or any candidate on any party's list at IDF facilities, in the course of tours and visits held at his facilities.
