The Histadrut Labor Federation, the Antiquities Authority and its workers' committee have signed a new collective agreement regulating the terms of employment of the employees.
The terms of the agreement will apply to all 500 employees of the Authority, including archaeologists, supervisors and administrative staff. It will also apply to more than 260 workers who have been employed as project workers, daily workers and personal contracts
