Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Haim Katz responded on his Facebook page to the results of the primaries in the Likud, after he was elected 16th on the Knesset list.
"These elections taught me a lesson, to some i am too socialist, to the taste of others I am too capitalist, but what is true is that I am a Likudnik," Katz said. "I want to thank all Likud members who took part in an amazing democratic process and gave me their faith.
"My aspiration is to continue to serve the citizens of Israel as Labor and Social Welfare Minister on behalf of the Likud in the next right-wing government that will be headed by Benjamin Netanyahu. Congratulations and great success to my former chief of staff, Eti Atia, who was elected in the Dan district. "
