The police reported that Haim Dimkiner, a resident of Nahariya (55) was arrested a week ago on suspicion of committing sexual offenses against dozens of minors. The charges include rape of a minor under 14 years of age.
According to the allegation, the suspect used to contact minors through social networks for years, pretending to be someone else, before drawing them into meeting him in person.
