The Israel Prison Service says that an intelligence operation on Tuesday has foiled drug smuggling to prisoners in the Rimonim prison by a lawyer.
Detectives of the IPS's Dror intelligence and investigation unit located the smuggling attempt, disguised as a professional visit by a lawyer to a client prisoner. In addition, a large quantity of suspicious material was found in the car of the lawyer, who was detained for questioning by the police.
