A 51-year-old woman was found in critical condition in Yavneh on Monday night, after she was attacked by a sharp object.
Police officers who arrived at the scene and found the woman's husband hanging behind the building. Medical personnel who arrived at the scene carried out resuscitation operations but pronounced him dead. The woman was evacuated to the Kaplan Hospital in Rehovot.
Police are investigating the incident.
