The Supreme Court has rejected a petition requesting that Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit's decision on the Netanyahu cases be not published until after the elections.
The three-justice panel determined that the petitioner, attorney Yossi Fuchs, "is not the appropriate entity for filing the petition. The direct victim can represent his case more clearly than any petitioner."
