Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon said, Monday, that he disagrees with a Supreme Court ruling that ordered the raising of the tax on rolling tobacco to the level of regular cigarettes, "but of course I will respect it."
Saying he will study the court's decision, the chairman of the Kulanu Party explained, "My economic outlook says that taxes should be lowered and not raised, so I object to any raise whatsoever. Israeli citizens work hard and pay enough taxes and our job is to cut taxes as much as possible."
