Maariv has learned that it appears the Indian leg of a trip by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to Warsaw and Munich will not take place.

The announced reason for the trip was to finalize arms deals. Earlier Monday, India's The Week carried a similar report, citing election campaigns in both countries. It cited the Israeli embassy as saying officials were working on the visit, which was as yet unconfirmed. Over the weekend, Maariv reported that the Netanyahu campaign was considering cutbacks on trips to deal with the campaign.
