Police have arrested an architect in his 30s from the village of Ein Narka on the outskirts of Jerusalem, on suspicion of forging signatures of building engineers and bringing architectural plans for approval by local councils in order to obtain building permits.
Later it will be decided whether to bring the suspect to court for a hearing on the extension of his detention.
