A hearing is taking place in the Tel Aviv District Court on the case of Eli Bar Zakai, who ran over the teenager Eilon Shalev-Amsalem last July and is accused of killing him.
Bar-Zakai's friend Hillel Davis cried in his testimony and said, "I remember that we both drank, I don't remember how much he drank; I don't pay attention to these things. I threw him a little remark to take it into consideration."
