The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court against Oshri Abutbul, 27, from Bat Yam for impersonation, receiving money fraudulently under aggravated circumstances, debit fraud in aggravated circumstances, and other offenses.
In his deceptions the defendant received from the complainants a total of NIS 33,320 in cash and a total of NIS 37,413 through the use of credit cards.
